How to apply for the visa approval letter?
Below are the requirements to submit and apply for each type of Vietnam visa
a) Tourist visa
Applicants need to provide:
- A scan of the passport (only the first page that shows your information) or send us full details of your passport (include full name; D.O.B; nationality; passport number);
- Entry details about the date of entry.
- Arrival check-in point (at which airport, borderland, seaport…)
- The length of stay in Vietnam for us to process.

b) Working, investment, business or dependent visa which is sponsored by an organization in Vietnam
- Complete the visa application Form NA2.
- Provide a certified copy of the operating license of the organization where the foreigner is working for (it can be the Business registration certificate, or investment license, or operation license of a branch or representative office…).
- Sample seal and signature of guarantee enterprise/branch/representative office – Form NA16.
- A notarized copy of the work permit (for the type of working visa); investment Certificate (for customers who are investors); proof of personal relationship (for dependent visa).
After preparing all requirements for a visa approval letter, the sponsored organization has to log in and submit at https://dichvucong.bocongan.gov.vn.
