How to complete the NA7 form.
The Na7 form has a fairly simple design and is divided into two main sections: the guarantor and the sponsored foreigner. Just remember your personal information carefully, and you can complete the NA7 form.
However, there are 2 tables of contents you need to keep in mind:
(1) Specify the name of the Immigration Office where the guarantor permanently resides.
(3) The relationship with the guarantor (spouse, children of Vietnamese under 18 years old…).

- Form Na8 – Information form for a temporary residence card.
- Notarized copy of the certificate that proves family relationship (marriage certificate, birth certificate…). If the certificate was issued abroad, it has to be legalized at the Vietnam Embassy/Consulate.
- Certification Authority of the ID card of the Vietnamese sponsor.
- A copy of the applicant’s temporary residence declaration in Vietnam.
- A valid passport with over 13 months remaining.
- 02 passport photos, size 2x3cm, white background, bare head, no glasses.
