Canada festival hits Ha Noi

Tender Canadian beef, a variety of delicious seafood and robust wines and Canada’s famous “ice wine” will be served at the Festival of Canadian Flavours at the Sofitel Plaza Ha Noi from November 7 to 14.

Canadian chef Derek Furlani, who runs a speciality restaurant in Hong Kong, will come down for this culinary event, which aims to celebrate the establishment of diplomatic relations between Canada and Viet Nam.

Food and wine connoisseurs can check out the rich flavours and textures that make up Canadian cuisine. The award-winning Ice Wine is considered the finest iconic dessert wine in the world.
